Shown here are the stains we customarily use with Clear Pine. From left to right and top to bottom they are Early American, Cherry, Red Mahogany, Walnut, Aged Oak and Golden Oak. The mounting base is Clear Pine with Natural Danish Oil. These are representative samples. Different pieces of wood, and even different sections of the same piece of wood, accept stain differently. Grain patterns also affect the look of a stained piece of wood. Your piece may look exactly like the samples shown here. We can also add a Walnut stain to our red oak. This is illustrated in the Oak Display Case item found in our Accessories Department. This creates a deep rich color to the oak and enhances the natural grain.
