LIMITED WARRANTY Items are warranted for 6 months for structural defects. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective products. Remember, we use solid wood. Over time wood may expand or contract and can crack, while we take steps to minimize these effects they can not be guaranteed and do not constitute a "structural defect". We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or abuse. RETURN POLICY Whether we build a piece for you based on our standard design, or a truly one of a kind custom made piece, each one is hand crafted just for you when you place your order. We are not a big box store with dozens of the same item sitting on a shelf that were made in China. As such, we can only accept returns during the WARRANTY PERIOD if there is a structural defect (see Limited Warranty above) or if it was not made to the specifications. Please contact us by e-mail prior to returning it to let us know why you are not happy with it. We will make arangements with you for its return.
