John Corica has been handcrafting custom wood furniture since 1996. Attention to detail in design and construciton results in pieces that are visibly high in quality and beauty. John is committed to making pieces that will last for generations. Only solid hardwoods are used in our furniture construction to ensure lasting beauty and solid construction. We do not use pressboards, particle boards, MDF or veneers in our case construction. Quality furniture has to start with the finest materials. CUSTOM ORDERS For custom designed pieces a special page is set up for you in the store for your order. A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required at the time the design is approved and the order is accepted. The balance, tax and shipping will be due at completion. SHIPPING AND HANDLING INSIDE THE UNITED STATES - We ship by UPS Ground or UPS 2nd day at your choice for a higer fee. IN CANADA - We ship UPS Standard Canada. SALES TAX On all items picked up or shipped to a New Jersey location a 7% NJ Sales Tax will be added. RETURN POLICY Because all of our furniture pieces are custom made just for you, we can only accept returns if there is a structural defect or if it was not made to the specifications. Please contact us by e-mail prior to returning it to let us know why you are not happy with it. Items must be returned in their original condition without damage. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, sorry no CODs. Items are warranteed for 6 months for structural defects. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective products. Remember, we use solid wood. Over time wood may expand or contract and can crack, while we take steps to minimize these effects they can not be guaranteed and do not constitute a "structural defect". We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or abuse.
